In politically and technically constrained environments, data for transparency is hard to come by and key information is acquired by investigative journalists and civil society. Plone is used to rapidly build a flexible platform for investigative journalists and anti-corruption researchers in Kenya and Malaysia to easily store bits of pieces of information on persons of interests, organizations, contracts, using open data standards, while also publishing data with plone.restapi.
